ORDERING
WHAT ARE YOUR PAYMENT OPTIONS?
We accept payments via Credit Card, Paypal and Bank Deposit.
After placing your order online, you will receive an email with the bank details. You can deposit payments through BDO or Unionbank.
Kindly email us a copy of your deposit slip or a screenshot of your bank transfer, including your order number, at om@catarambulostudio.com. Please note that it may take a few business days for the payment to reflect in our account. We will process your order once we receive verification from the bank.
All major credit cards are accepted through PayPal even if you don’t have a PayPal account.
HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO PROCESS MY ORDER?
For preorder items. Your preorder items will be processed and shipped as stated.
Orders are processed on the next business day, during our operational hours between 9 AM and 5 PM (Monday to Friday) and dispatched within 48 hours, ensuring a prompt and efficient delivery process. However, orders placed during launches, weekends, special promotions and holidays may take additional processing time due to increased order volume. Please allow 1-2 extra days for order processing.
Orders placed on Friday after 5:00pm will be processed on the following Monday.
Note: Orders are processed pending product availability and payment verification. For consumer protection, all orders are subject for review. On occasion, this may cause a slight delay in processing your order. Your patience is greatly appreciated.
Cat Arambulo Studio will contact you with a follow-up email if the merchandise you have selected is not currently in stock or if we need additional information for credit verification. Delivery time does not include Weekends or Holidays.

IS IT POSSIBLE TO MODIFY MY ORDER AFTER IT HAS BEEN PLACED?
Once an order has been placed, it cannot be modified or canceled. All sales are FINAL.

For local orders, we use LBC.
HOW LONG DOES SHIPPING TAKE?
Once your order is processed, you can expect your order to arrive within a few days. Our team works diligently to ensure that your items are shipped promptly, and we strive to deliver them to your doorstep as quickly as possible. Please note that delivery times may vary depending on your location. We'll provide you with tracking information so you can monitor the status of your delivery.

HOW MUCH DOES LOCAL SHIPPING COST?
For orders within the Philippines, we ship via LBC. Rates for packages weighing up to 5kg are as follows:

RETURNS
DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?
We currently only deliver within the Philippines, but we would love to expand our services internationally. We will keep you informed as soon as this option becomes available.
All products are carefully inspected prior to shipping. However, in case we sent you the wrong item, please report it to om@catarambulostudio.com within 24 hours upon receipt of the product and include the order number as well as photos of the wrong item received.
Cat Arambulo Studio is not responsible for damages resulting from normal wear and tear, tarnishing of non-precious metals, abuse of the bracelet, or other forms of mishandling. We will only replace item/s if we have sent out the wrong one and are reported within 24 hours upon delivery and returned within 7 days from the report.
RETURNS
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Refunds will only be granted in the form of store credit.
Once a return is approved, please ensure that the items are unused and in their original condition with the tags and packaging intact. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Kindly note that we reserve the right to refuse a refund or exchange if items are not in their original condition.
In such instances where the returned item is NOT deemed faulty, Cat Arambulo Studio reserves the right to refuse the returned merchandise and will proceed with sending the item/s back to the customer at the customer's expense.
RETURN SHIPPING
Cat Arambulo Studio bears no responsibility for the loss of an item being returned so we recommend that you return it using our official couriers LBC or DHL. Cat Arambulo Studio may or may not reimburse return shipping charges on refunds or exchanges. This is determined on a case by case basis.
Please ensure you pack your crystals carefully with FRAGILE stickers and purchase insurance if you want to be covered for any damage that might occur in the post.

RESTRING SERVICE
We only restring elastic bracelets from Cat Arambulo Studio. To have your bracelet restrung, please follow these steps:
- Add the “Restringing Service” to your cart and proceed to checkout.
- Email us at om@catarambulostudio.com with the subject “For Restringing and Order Number.”. Include photos of the bracelet needing repair.
Once we receive your email, we will provide the address for sending your bracelet.
Important Notes:
- Restringing may take 5-7 business days.
- All costs are the client's responsibility.
