Care Guide
Care Guide
- Jewelry should be stored and protected from extreme temperatures. Direct sunlight and prolonged sun exposure might cause discoloration in some stones.
- Avoid direct contact with water, detergents, chlorine, perfumes, oils, and other harsh products because it can damage the stones and gold plating.
- Do not wear jewelry when swimming, in the sauna, steam room, or while bathing.
- Remove all jewelry when engaging in physical activities.
- After use, gently wipe jewelry with a clean soft cloth to remove dirt and oils that were picked up from your skin.
- Do not use jewelry dip cleaners on any gemstone. The solution will dull the polish and can damage the stones.
- Place your jewelry in the pouch provided when not being worn.
- Keep the jewelry in pristine condition by not pulling or tugging the elastics.
Cleansing and Charging
There is no one way to cleanse your stones because they will connect with you in different ways. Here are a few easy ways to purify your special pieces before wearing them:
SINGING BOWLSare my favorite way to cleanse crystals. Simply place the crystals in the singing bowl. Strike the side of the bowl with the mallet three times and firmly glide the mallet on the rim of the bowl in a clockwise direction until it emits a ringing sound. Let it keep singing! |
SOAKcrystals in a bowl with water and add ½ tsp of natural salt, preferably pink Himalayan. Place your hands over the bowl, set an intention for purification and leave the crystals overnight. Please take note that some crystals are delicate and can’t be submerged in water. |

SMUDGINGusing white sage or palo santo wood is useful for cleansing several crystals at once. Wave lit smudge sticks over your crystals and let the smoke flow over the crystals. It’s important that you visualize your cleansing intentions to remove any superficial influences which the stones have absorbed. |
MOONLIGHT BATHINGis great for clearing energy from your crystals. And it’s perfect for recharging them too. Put your crystals on a tray outside and allow the moonlight to draw off impurities and any unwanted energy. For optimum results, do it under a full moon. |

We highly recommend moonlight bathing, smudging and the use of the crystal/singing bowls to keep your crystal's luster. But if soaking is a preferred way for cleansing crystals always remember not to expose translucent stones to water. Other stones that cannot be exposed to water are Moonstone, Hematite, Lapis Lazuli, Moldavite, Meteorite, Malachite, Rhodonite, Pearl, Tanzanite, Howlite, and Turquoise.
Note: Complimentary cleansing service upon checkout depending on the availability of Cat Arambulo-Antonio.
Setting Intentions
Once you’ve cleansed and charged your crystals, you can program it to help you. What this means is that you must give your crystal a purpose — set your intentions and be as specific as possible. There is no one formula for programming your crystals. And if you just want to wear your crystal to elevate your style without programming it, that’s totally ok too.Setting your intentions may be done by holding your crystals while meditating. Others put their crystals on specific Chakra points that connect best with their intention. Personally, I program my crystals by visualizing a pure white light and state my intentions, “I program this crystal to [specify what you want your crystal to do] for the highest good of all. Love and light. Namaste!” Doing this regularly will pave the way to a deeper connection with your crystals.
TIP: It’s a good practice to always start and end with gratitude.
